Sizing Guide

Men's Measurements

Measure around your chest and body at its fullest part (typically right under the armpits and shoulder blades, right across the nipples).

Hold the tape against your body tight enough so that it does not slip down, but not so tight that it restricts breathing. It should be snug.

Make sure the tape is horizontal and your arms are by your side; relax, then measure.

No chest puffing or exhaling.

Double check the measurement.

Keep your elbow slightly bent.

Measure from the center back of your neck (bottom center of your collar) to the end of your shoulder at the top of your arm (with your arm hanging straight down), then continue that measurement from the top of your shoulder to the center of the back of your hand. Add both measurements.

Double check the measurement.

Measure around your waist at the level where you normally wear a belt.

With the tape measure snug around your waist, relax and take the measurement.

Double check the measurement.

Do not wear shoes!

Measure from the lowest part of your crotch area to the floor.

Make sure the tape is tight along the inside of your leg, and that your legs aren't bent.

Double check the measurement.
